PETRUCCI'S MARKET/RESTAURANT

Burgettstown, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects provided Architectural Services for a new 9,300 S.F. facility, which is, located West of Pittsburgh.

Construction was Completed in August 2006.

HARDWOOD CAFE

Butler, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects prepared Drawings and Specifications on two occasions for exterior and interior additions and alterations to the Hardwood Cafe Restaurant located on Route 8, South of Butler.  Additions included a new Two-Story elegant dining area with exposed wood beams, loft, and massive stone fireplace; a new full service commercial kitchen; and a large private dining hall and office area.  Exterior included new stucco finish, roofing, and signage.

SUBWAY RESTAURANTS

Ansman & Associates Architects prepared Drawings and Specifications for Several Subway Restaurants in the Butler and Pittsburgh areas, including the project at 3336 Babcock Blvd., Ross Township, PA. Other recently completed Subway facilities include three in Butler and two in Cranberry Township. All projects are in full compliance with ADA Accessibility Guidelines.

DAYS INN

Butler, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects prepared Design and Construction Drawings for the newly renovated Days Inn facility on Route 8, just South of Butler. Renovations include new stylish Exterior Facade, Interior Kitchen/Dining Room areas, and some Apartment Layouts.

ST. JOHN LUTHERAN CARE CENTER

Mars, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects served as Architect of Record for this new five-story, 175 bed, 92,420 S.F. Addition (plus numerous alterations) to this existing facility. The Project included a new chapel, laundry, and kitchen/dining facilities.

Ansman & Associates Architects have worked closely with the McDonald's Corporation, Pittsburgh Regional Office, on over 80 Addition/Alteration Projects in PA, OH and WV.  Work has included Building Site Work, new Exterior Facades, ADA Accessible Toilet Room Revisions, Cash Booth Planning, and Playplace Additions.
