RODGER HOUSE

Ansman & Associates Architects provided Plans and Specifications for a new Great Room and Bedroom Loft area.  The flat roof was totally removed, and new framing was provided for a steep cathedral ceiling, which also lends itself to the new bedroom loft at the opposite end of the room.  The new stone fireplace, window, and wood ceiling trim were also added.

PERRY HOUSE

Cape Charles, VA

Ansman & Associates Architects provided Plans and Specifications for a new Two-Story 6,500 S.F. House. Located on the First Floor is a Master Bedroom/Bath; Sun Room; Music Room; Storage; Powder Room; Utility Room; Dining Room; Kitchen; and Two Stall Garage.  Located on the Second Floor is a Game Room; Great Room; Two Bedrooms/Baths; Bedroom/Office.

Construction was Completed in 2004

DAYS INN

Ansman & Associates Architects prepared Design and Construction Drawings for the newly renovated Days Inn facility on Route 8, just South of Butler. Renovations include new stylish Exterior Facade, Interior Kitchen/Dining Room areas, and some Apartment Layouts.

ST. JOHN LUTHERAN CARE CENTER

Mars, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects served as Architect of Record for this new five-story, 175 bed, 92,420 S.F. Addition (plus numerous alterations) to this existing facility. The Project included a new chapel, laundry, and kitchen/dining facilities.

PRY PERSONAL CARE HOME

Prospect, Butler County, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects have prepared plans and specifications for this new one-story, 62 bed, 26,642 S.F. Personal Care Home.  The Facility will include 4 efficiency apartments, 20 double rooms and 14 single rooms. The wooded level site lends itself well to the Project and will be convenient and inviting for its guests.
