Ansman & Associates Architects provided Plans and Specifications for a two-phase New 720 Seat Grandstand for the Butler Farmshow.

REDBANK VALLEY PARK COMMISSION

Fairmount City, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects provided Plans and Specifications for a new 1,134 Seat Grandstand for Redbank Valley Park Commission.

MID-COUNTY TRANSIT AUTHORITY

Kittanning, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects prepared Construction Documents for complete Interior and Exterior Additions and Alterations to this facility.

MIDDLESEX TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL BUILDING

Valencia, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects provided Plans and Specifications for this new one story Municipal Building. The new very functional building includes the police department, and serves the township well.

BUTLER COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY

Butler, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects have been commissioned by the Butler County Housing Authority, on several occasions, to provide Architectural/Engineering Services.  Work has included assistance with preparation of developer's packets, evaluation and ranking of proposals, and inspection services for the Scattered Sites Family in Butler, PA and Graystone Manor Elderly High Rise in Slippery Rock, PA.  Other projects include building waterproofing and alterations to Cliffside Apartments in Butler, PA; sitework and paving at Terrace Apartments in Butler, PA and President's Square Apartments in Evans City, PA.

WASHINGTON COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY

Washington County, PA

Phase I:  Preparation of Plans and Specifications for Modifications to Five Sites including roof replacements, aluminum fascia, soffit and trim; circulation pumps; stair door panic devices; noise proofing; concrete sidewalk, step and ramp work; attic insulation and kitchen protective backsplashes.

Phase II:  Preparation of Plans and Specifications for new Card-Key Access at Seven Sites, and Maintenance Shower Additions at Four Sites.

BUTLER AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT

Butler, PA

The Butler Area Middle School (shown beside) included structural analysis, re-roofing (approximately 200,000 S.F.), and interior partitioning.

In the Butler Junior High School prepared a feasibility study and new Three-Story elevator addition and alterations.

MONITEAU JR/SR HIGH SCHOOL

West Sunbury, PA

Plans and Specifications for Additions and Alterations were prepared for a new gym, library, science rooms, exterior window modifications (energy conservation), exterior running track, football field, and sewage treatment facility.

DAYS INN

Butler, PA

Ansman & Associates Architects prepared Design and Construction Drawings for the newly renovated Days Inn facility on Route 8, just South of Butler. Renovations include new stylish Exterior Facade, Interior Kitchen/Dining Room areas, and some Apartment Layouts.
